Mindfulness and the split screen world

In case you have missed out on the stress people face in today's corporate world and how mindfulness plays a role, here is another:

  • Stress reduces happiness which reduces productivity

  • Mindfulness acts as an antidote to burnout, reducing percentage of burnout in high pressured professions such as medical doctors

  • increasing happiness and reducing burnout increases talent retention and improves company culture.
