Dear mindfulness practitioners,
We are very excited to welcome all new subscribers to our mindfulness.org.au community and introduce the fantastic new website to our existing subscribers.
We refurbished the site not just for the purpose of better appearance, but also to re-inforce our mission of continuously bringing an evidence based and practical mindfulness approach to you and the wider community. We have also updated lots of the information on the site. This will be an ongoing process, bringing you up to date information about mindfulness and its applications via the site, email and social media. So, please follow us and share us with your friends and family if you would like to keep updated with innovative, evidence based and practical mindfulness practices.
Also encouraged by my students, colleagues and patients, I have developed a series of mindfulness courses, based on techniques and approaches that I have found to be particularly successful in my last 20 years of teaching mindfulness. Information about these courses can also be found on the www.mindfulness.org.au/courses.
We hope you enjoy and benefit from this website and share our journey to bring a really practical approach to mindfulness to the broader community.
