How we can help?
We raise awareness for the understanding of mindfulness and help people to become more resilient, aware, positive and happier. We aim to achieve this through evidence based and practical resources, and training that is structured and tailored. This site is developed for beginners and those with standing practices.
We believe this is ever more important today, when we are experiencing more pressure, complex interactions and a “McMindfulness boom” that has spawned too many commercialised and “feel good”, but ineffective versions of mindfulness and meditation practices.
